These "boost" blocks are specifically designed for the late 90's to early 2000's supercharged cars, and trucks that utilized boost and vacuum separately. With a internal divider these boost blocks offer 5 ports for boost / vacuum, and 3 ports under regular vacuum. 1/8 NPT tapped vacuum ports and -8AN ORB on the sides for a clean custom set up. Also features 2 integrated mounting holes, technically they can used in a number of applications so its a universal unit.
I've uploaded some pictures on how to properly trim the barb off the Whipple bypass valve, DO NOT cut the barb straight off that will shorten the length of the tube. Instead only shave the lip of the barb off, its just plastic a sharp razor blade will do, you can lightly sand it flush if need be.
