Manley Connecting Rods are used in all of our high power 5.4L engine combinations. The 14040-8  Rod come with ARP 8740 bolts, is forged from 4340 material, and has been proven to withstand +600 HP 

R Series

Manley Connecting Rods are used in all of our high power 5.4L engine combinations. The 14040R-8 "R Series" Rod come with ARP 2000 bolts, is forged from 4340 material, and has been proven to withstand 1200+ HP
